![]() ![]() This year, the club will award two scholarships to Ramona High School graduates. Proceeds from the annual Plant and Craft Sale further the education of future horticulture students. And the club provides flowers to brighten the Ramona Community Library on a weekly basis. The club is also involved in beautification projects such as Collier Park’s garden and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park’s Chandler Herb Garden. Topics are related to horticulture, landscape design, floral design, conservation projects, civic beautification and the preservation of wildlife.Īs a result of the Penny Pines Tree Reforestation project, Ramona Garden Club has supported multiple plantations each year to support the Cleveland National Forest Reforestation Program, culminating in the planting of more than 2 acres of trees. ![]() Ramona Garden Club, which celebrated its 20th anniversary April 10, strives to provide educational programs and projects to the membership and public. at Ramona Oaks Park in San Diego Country Estates, 25341 Pappas Road - will include succulents, cactus, perennials, cuttings, bulbs, veggies and native plants.
